Good morning Thursday

Postby Ally » 09 Nov 2023, 05:09

Good morning.

Sis and I both woke up at 5am. We made a cup of coffee and are now sitting gazing at the beautiful starry sky and at what we think is Orion's Belt. :D

We had a fantastic day yesterday. So lucky to be able to hook up with lots of members of our family and really enjoy their company with plenty of laughs and hugs. :cute:

Breakfast later this morning at Cafe T. We're thinking a full Scottish blow out as a treat.

Off to Hamilton after that to Next, a huge Asda and Boots. :D

Popping in to see cousin Billy then should get home around tea time. :D

Sis wants to stay in tonight to chill out. I'm going to the pub to meet friends.

Have a great day.

Good morning everybody,

Went to see the nurse yesterday. It stared raining as i wlked down to the Health Centrte. Got very wet. Everthing is fine. The nurse is goingto check if i should still have one of the
tablets i am taking. Went into town and had a hot drink and got a sandwich for lunch. In the afternoon, I just went to sleep so had a lazy afternoon.

There has been rain during the night but the sun is trying tocome out. It is only 14C Just pootling today. Lots of litlejobs to do. I am trying to find my 1250. I think Frank will know what I mean.
It should be somewhere in the loft with all the other junk.

Have a good day everybody.

Morning all, it’s sunny but cold here. I popped up to the shop to get some milk and made the mistake of not wearing gloves brrrr. We enjoyed the dance class last night, knew everyone there. We had been teaching ourselves this dance but it needed a lot of finessing by our teachers Dave and Ger. I think we’ll go again next week as another new dance is scheduled. Dance practice this morning, then back to be here for Kellie after school. I think Michael is coming for his dinner too. He was here yesterday and chose his new golf shoes, they didn’t have his size but we have ordered them and hopefully they will be in tomorrow. Right, better get moving, quick tidy around before we go out.

Morning all :D

Wet, wet, wet

I had a rotten night, woke up every 2hrs, feeling decidedly tired and must look like I've been 10 rounds with Tyson Fury :?

Absolutely nothing planned for today, think I'll be dozing on and off through the day.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Good morning, just.
That sounds like a lovely day Ally. There's nothing wrong with resting up Jen. I hope you find the 1250 Cruiser. I'm glad your weather has improved Jan. All that dancing must keep you fit Osc.
Well the gas man has been to service the boiler. A hard working man, and he has to be. He has a demanding partner and daughter in his ear most of the time, wanting him to do this that and the other for them - and usually to pay for it too.
I'm off to Ponte this afternoon to the M&S foodhall and a potter around.
Have a good day everyone.

Ah yes, the good old "ten-to-one"!

It is the code for the RAF photo ID card we all had to carry at all times.
