Good Morning Saturday

Postby JanB » 03 Feb 2024, 09:35

Morning everyone

Sunny but chilly at the moment, warming up nicely soon.

We've been playing "hunt the phone" this morning  I'm having to use a different handbag, as my nice one is in for repair and somehow, it must have fallen out. Can't find it in the house or the car

Small amount of ironing to get through this morning and then into Ourique this afternoon, to get some money to pay for the Honda's Algarve holiday and diesel. Will pit stop at the bar on the way back, also meeting friends there.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all :)

Yikes, Jan! Try ringing it before it runs out of battery charge - even if it isn't within earshot someone might answer :? xx

Oh that's not good Saundra, it's sunny here today! xx

We're going out for breakfast soon, then round to D's. Waiting on an estate agent ringing us back, as there's another bungalow we want to view. We still really want the Longford one in my post on Homes but I think we need others in mind, in case that sells before we do. Although the market is busy round here, according to our EA it's much busier in two and three beds :cute:

Have a good Saturday everyone :) xxx

Good morning everybody.

It was 16C when i got up. There are some grey lous but no rain. Have been to ther chemist to pick up oneitem of my repeat prescription.
It is eye rops whixh are sometimes difficult to get.

Am now going to Chorley. I nprmally go on Friday. But took my friend who has just come back from Ausrtalia shopping. She said she
did not feel safe driving.

This afternoon I will watch the rugby. I have set the TV to record it in case I am not home. Watched the France/Ireland match last night.

Morning all, it’s cloudy but bright here and seems to be quite mild. Having a leisurely morning, just finished breakfast. I might look at the ironing but don’t want to do any. We are going dancing tonight, it’s called the Red Rose ball but is not really a ball, just a social with food. Should be fun though, it usually is.

Good morning everyone.

It's grey but mild and rain is forecast so a staying in day, good job the rugby is on.

Good luck with the house hunting, Kaz, I hated doing it.

Jan, don't talk to me about phones! The number I have lost or broken is legend with the family. I do what Saundra suggested and once recovered one sitting on the gas meter, God only knows how it got there, my guess is that I was using the light to read the meter and just left it there.

Ah well, I hope you all have decent days.

Morning all :D

Dull and overcast

Glad the phone turned up Jan.
We didn't get up till 10am Saundra
Good idea to have other options Kaz.
Cruiser have a nice trip to Chorley.
Enjoy the dance this evening Osc.

I really enjoyed my little drive yesterday, but don't think we'll be doing more today. The weather is so miserable, will probably just have a walk in the close and see if I can get a bit further than two bungalows down today.

Hope you all have a good day xx
