Just had a phone call from some random bloke, wants to look at our trees tomorrow And it will be wet

Jan my osteopath swore by cold rather than heat, she said heat just increased inflammation. She used to say wrap an ice pack like you use in a cool bag in a tea towel and hold against the area for no more than 15 mins once an hour

Thanks MM, we'll try that too, but he really is a lousy patient. I've heard more moans and groans and mutterings for the last few days than I can cope with.

There is a chiropractor in Castro Verde, I'll ring them in the morning.

Meanwhile, I'll just chuck some ice cubes at him

Did it all except the family tree! Also put a nice candle holder on the local Freecycle FB page - it was literally gone in 2 minutes and collected within 10!!
