What's for tea?

I am having braised steak in onion gravy with mashed potatoes, peas and swede followed by a homemade fresh fruit cocktail and cream.

:oops: Today's plan of reading in the garden went right out the window. :lol:

Lengthy lunch. :lol:

Tea tonight, whilst watching Great British Menu, will be cheese on toast. :D

Or as the TV cooks would say "du pain grillé au fromage".

You'll need a blowtorch, Fresh 'erbs and spices, extra-extra virgin olive oil and a wood fired oven. Only takes about 40 minutes and is delicieux. ;) :lol: :lol:
