Good Morning Saturday

Postby cruiser2 » 09 Mar 2024, 09:21

Good morning everybody.

It is cloudy and only 14C. No rain yet so it may stay dry.

Going to move things in the kitchen. I am having the new gas hob fitted on Monday. The gas engineer will have to go under the flor to put a new pipe
from the gas meter to the kitchen for the new hob.

Then just pootling.

Have a good day everybody

Morning Cruiser, morning everyone

Cool, grey and rather wet here this morning. Rained most of the night and we have more to come

Ironing for me this morning, didn-t feel like doing it the other day and it-s still sat there, so will do that this morning. Must let some more water out of the pool / for the third time

Rugby for Grumpy to watch, I-ll read.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you-re doing xx

Morning all, it is grey here and extremely windy, high tides were forecast and water is pouring over the pier. We have a busy day ahead, going to Michael’s football match this morning, then back home to change and grab some lunch before heading to the theatre where Kellie is dancing in her show. There is a matinee and evening show and we are going to the matinee with my sister and Miss Osc, then Miss Osc, SIL and Michael will go this evening. Better get moving >>>>>>

Morning all from the M6 in Cheshire where the sun is starting to shine.

On the way for a 12.30 kick off, should be back around 4 and then the men are heading to South Wales.

I think I’ll then start a jigsaw and I’m crocheting a blanket for Joe which I need to crack on with as Tom’s put an order in for one too, his isn’t going to be in Man Utd colours like Joe’s though

Have a good day all xx

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny 8-)

We've had a lovely lie in, so nice not having to rush. Planning a walk along the clifftop, really depends on if we can get a parking place without too much hassle. We looked at all our local places to see if they were doing a special Mother's Day lunch tomorrow, lot's were, but I didn't fancy any of the set menu's and they were all overpriced. If we get parked okay we'll probably treat ourselves to lunch today instead.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Good afternoon.
Crikey, it's cold here. Raw.
That sounds like a nice trip out Jen. Good luck with the match Jo. A busy day Osc!
I hope the book's a good one Jan. That's a good idea, to get things ready for the gas man, Cruiser.
MrsC is baking buns in the kitchen, at one o'clock we are going to get a picture back from the framers and have a mooch around town.
After that it will be a day for being inside and staying warm.
Have a good day everyone.

Afternoon everyone :)

Hope Ally is having a good journey today.

Monday will be a busy day then, Cruiser :) xx

Are you getting more rain than usual, Jan? xx

Osc, enjoy the show :) xx

Hope the footy went well Jo :) xx

Enjoy your walk Jen xx

Ooh what sort of buns, Crommers? :D xx

We went out with our friends to Knead, the bakery cum cafe out near Cirencester. It's a sunny day, so a very nice drive out into the Cotswolds. Round to see D afterwards, and Mick cut her lawn. Home to get my washing into the dryer while it's still daylight.

Love to all xxx

We are, for this time of year, yes Kaz.

Not complaining though ;) Just don't like the cold that's going with it.

Glorious blue sky at the moment and a lot of sun, but with a bitter cold wind
