When I was in Pingo this morning, I bought a large pork loin.

And just for a change, we're having roast pork, roast taters, cauli and carrots :Hi: :Hi:

Can't wait :lol:

makes a change from salad ;)

Jan, as a notherner you'll get this.

Get the loin, wrap it in salted and scored belly fat, Cook it slow - then high for the last bit.

Slice the loin and serve with a portion of the fat crackling.

Gravy, spuds, two veg and Yorkshires. The meal. ;) :lol:
