Good morning.

It'll be 45° in our town but here on the coast it's wonderfully cooler. Absolute bliss. :cute:

The hotel owners have a little pug who seems to have taken a shine to me. The feeling's mutual. He's absolutely gorgeous. :D

We've spent the last couple of days exploring and being on the beach. Me and Don. Not me and the pug.

The couple we're buying the house from have asked us out tonight to meet some of their neighbours and have a drink and dinner with them which we think is lovely. :D

Today will be spent under a palm tree reading and gazing into the Med.

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Warm already at 23C and we're expecting another 20C on top of that

Done the pot watering, now sitting by the fan

Going into Ourique this morning, for the little monthly market. There is a lovely plant stall and also the lady who has the spice shop will be there, with some samosas :D

Pick up my eggs on the way back.

Breakfast then pool.

That's a lovely idea of the vendors Ally. Enjoy.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all :D

Sunny and hot 8-)

Ally what a lovely gesture, enjoy the evening getting to know your new neighburs.
Jan have a good time at the market.
Cruiser don't overdo it in the garden.

We were up and out early for our usual weekly M&S tolley dash, in/out in less than 15mins. We're planning a walk along the seafront and down to the harbour later this morning. We haven't done it for some weeks, so my legs will probably be protesting by the time we get back.

Hope you all have a good day xxx

Morning all, sun and cloud here and very warm, I actually have shorts on! Nothing much planned for the day except putting together our stuff for our two night “holiday” at Miss Osc’s from tomorrow. It would be good if the good weather continued on for a few days as they have a nice garden, but I’m sure the weather will change, Murphy’s Law and all that!

I didn't buy any plants this morning - for a change  - but bought three bright birds for a wall, all different colours. And a couple of samosas.

It's now too hot to sit outside, so we'll cool off inside before heading for the pool.

And a curry tonight

Good morning-ish.
Warm and breezy here, I'm another in shorts.
That sounds like a nice evening Ally.
We have been for Pat's paper.
A lazy day beckons, may do some reading.
I finished jet washing the patio yesterday, blimey, it was absolutely filthy.
Have a lovely day everyone.

Afternoon everyone :)

Ally, that's such a nice idea! 8-) :D xx

Hope you enjoyed the market, Jan. It sounds lovely 8-) x

Nice day for the garden then Cruiser :) xx

Hope you got your walk, Jen, and enjoyed it :) x

Very warm here too Osc :) xx

Crommers, I have managed to persuade Mick into cut-offs, it takes a bit as he does love his jeans   xx

A nice lazy day today :) Brunch with Em and Dave at the garden centre at Tewksbury - it's really quick to get to as it's just off the M5 8-) Almost persuaded Mick into some new garden furniture, but he was eyeing up potting sheds instead  :cute:
Round to D's for a while afterwards. Now home and taking it easy :)

Love to all :) xx

Afternoon all, it’s too hot. Even John’s complaining about the heat and it usually doesn’t bother him.

Early walk with George and we’ve done nothing since. We might drive to the other side of the woods later and walk him there in the cool, even the car park is within the woods. He gets rather lively if he doesn’t get his walk so this will be a solution  and there’s a very nice pub opposite with a lovely shady garden if we’re thirsty afterwards.

Just the three of us today. Joe and Jade have gone to York for the day and Tom’s out in Birmingham with his work friends.

Have a good evening all :D
