I have no patience Saundra, especially when I'm having to deal with call centres whose advisors speak very poor English. That's part of the reason why the calls (and online chats for that matter) have taken so long, because their English is so hard to understand.
We've had someone from here call tonight though and he was a massive improvement so we might be getting somewhere now.

All sorted! Jason from Liverpool did what Rik Rik and all of his friends in Manila (yep, Manila) said couldn't be done and that was to change John's address back. Plus he credited our account with £50.
