Ring tone - whats yours

Postby debih » 30 Jul 2013, 23:08

I know we've done it before but now I have my new iphone so humour me!!!

I could never work out how to put music on as my ring tone with my htc so always had just one of their standard ring tones but I have worked it out with my iphone.

After much deliberation I went for David Bowie "Oh you pretty things".

Mine is just a standard ringy thing, it rings so rarely I wouldn't recognise anything else as being mine :D

How have you managed it Debbie? I haven't sussed it, granted I only had a quick look but it seemed quite a palaver :|

I bought it Jo - 99p.

I tapped on the itunes store icon on my phone, went into more and then tones and then searched for my artist and went from there.

I think there are ways of doing it from music you already have but that seemed far too complicated.

I used to have the theme from Roobarb and Custard on my old phone, then when I got my new(er) one I wanted an Abba song, but made such a fist of it that I ended up with Abba's "Ring, Ring" - in Spanish - for a good while

I gave up and now have a generic ringy thing, like Di

Mine is also just a regular ring ring sound..... I don't think I'd hear it otherwise :)
