really really scrummy

I cooked a pork loin joint for dinner tonight and as I was slicing it, the knife just slid through the meat and the taste :kick:

was fantastic.

There was supposd to enough for 2 dinners, but we ate most of it tonight :oops:

that sounds delicious... I've got a belly of pork in the freezer I've been meaning to cook and your post has just made me more determined to do so asap...

We had pork belly last night

The farm shop does really nice small pieces of it, complete with rib bones

I roasted it on a bed of rosemary sprigs, whole garlic cloves and shallots, which made for fantastic gravy - and the crackling was yummy too

We hadn't had a roast of any kind for months

i fancy a roast had a piece of pork in the freezer for months
so its comming out for sunday dinner
every body invited
dinner is at 1
no starters
but apple crumble /cream
dont anybody be late :lol:
