Thai caves rescue

Fantastic that they are starting to bring these lads out alive. Huge kudos to the professionalism and dedication of the Thai and international diving teams; some of the underwater passages being negotiated sound absolutely horrendous.

Hoping for a successful conclusion here …..

Its fabulous to hear that there are now eight boys safe and hopefully well. What a remarkable team of dedicated divers and other volunteers that are involved in this difficult rescue. Fingers crossed that it won't be too long before all the boys and their coach have been rescued.

An amazing story and a feel good one too. Lost for ten days and to find them at all was fantastic work, by British divers I believe?
Here's hoping the last few boys and their coach can also be rescued by the Thai authorities and that the boys suffer no after effects.

Absolutely fantastic news :) Those boys have kept their composure remarkably well, and the bravery and dedication of the rescuers has been something else!

Tragic that one of the Thai divers has lost his life, he was a very brave man. RIP.

I'm always heartened when I see the dedication of the rescue services and how difficult their job is.

Hopefully we'll see the last of them out today and that their families will all be reunited.
