A question about “country”

I think she means the UK... when you travel and you have to put in your API (advance passenger info) the drop down choices of Country of passport etc always comes up as United Kingdom. I don't think I've ever come across anywhere where the drop down boxes referring to a country ever offer Scotland, Wales, NI or England as independent countries...
