Time for a Cabinet reshuffle?

Postby medsec222 » 01 Jan 2021, 11:41

There are some very weak links in the present Cabinet. There have been too many false promises and stop/starts from both Matt Hancock and Gavin Williamson. If there was a good reason why these two MPs were promoted to the Cabinet it has totally eluded me.

I would agree with that Meds. I think they were put in place during the Tory bloodletting when the likes of Hammond and Grieve were removed from the party; when loyalty to the government was key.
I think you could also add the name of Grant Shapps to the list.
Loyalty is OK with the proviso that political loyalty is usually the politician being loyal to further their own career.
Time to bring some more able people in, if there are any about.

Time to call in a Master Carpenter and get a whole new cabinet.
