This is the problem Kaz. Allegedly. He is now being tried on the internet. How could they constitute a jury with an open mind when this is already in discussion.

The other thing about this is that 15 years ago it was actually easier to bring a rape claim than it is today. If we had been talking about the 70's or 80's then I could see a long gap. But 2007?

Clearly there is something really wrong here but it does need to be addressed in court. If this continues it could make it impossible to hold a trial and if you can't try someone you can't convict them.
