That is how much G4S would have stolen from us had they not been found out and made to pay it back.

This is the same company that took our money to secure the Olympics and then could not provide the staff; the same company running failing private prisons at our expense. On basic principles I would not allow them to trade yet they have just been awarded the contract to supervise the Commonwealth games.

They are working to the same rules as MPs with their expenses - take more than you can, but if you get caught pay some of it back. If I wandered out of a shop with goods I had not paid for the law would not allow me that king of slack.
