Have seen this referred to on another forum.
This says that any will, even if written in the Sharia culture is subject to British law and can be enforced in a British court of law.

What happens in practice is another matter.

Seems I was wrong about some MPs.

Reading round I do not see how a will proved to be following Sharia Law can become legal. Sharia discriminates against women, homosexuals, illegitimate children and followers of other religions, or none. In the case of women, homosexuals and illegitimates discrimination is a crime in English law. The two systems are not compatible.

The fundamental cause of this problem is the fact that immigration has not been controlled.

I'm not against immigrants building a church for their own religion. The trouble is that there
are now too many immigrants. It is now too late to rectify the problem.
