That is not personal taxation, that's business taxation which is something else entirely. There are totally legitimate ways of ensuring that a business pays no taxes whatsoever.
I was talking about how that money from the business is then extracted and used by the owners of it. They have to pay tax unless they leave the country. There is no other way or option.
