Just as an aside, when was the last time the UK did a really large infrastructure project and who was PM at the time?

He's not building a bridge between ENGLAND and NI, he's having a wet dream about building one between SCOTLAND (Stranraer) and NI, and £35bn is not peanuts in anyone's language. Even the Yanks are up in arms about Bojo's besty and his 'Wall' at an estimated cost of $15bn.

And according to the Edinburgh News Queensferry was closed due to the risk of falling ice and snow from the bridge cables - a weather event.

My Heathrow thing was TIC.... Even Bojo the Clown would not go for a hyperloop from nowhere to Heathrow - hopefully.

Well what I read was that they have opened consultation up for a bridge from one of 4 points.

Yep the falling ice was the thing. I only scanned, seems it caused an accident or two.

Then again, the old bridge had a similar problem but tended to be shut under conditions where the wind would cause it.

Borjo doesn't want to massively improve Heathrow,

He wants to build a whole new runway.

M25 and the channel tunnel under Thatcher.

Theoretically the Crossrail project is similar but it is nothing like the size in reality as it re-uses a lot.

HS2 would be one, but it still hasn't got off the ground.

We are moving to a new position. It is time we start spending our money to further the UK. We shall see how that goes.
