Bring back the Death Penalty

So we learn that Choudary is to face a prison sentence, up too 10 years!!!??? his wife who also supports IS is to be investigated?
There will be outrage among Choudary supporter's and they are many as we have seen over the years. He has cost the tax payer God knows how much fighting his corner, his human rights have kept him out of Jail, now we are out of the EU hopefully we shall be free to follow our own laws without interference. The authorities are afraid that he will have a sitting audience to preach too, any suggestions?
