It cannot be any of the seven previous Conservative PMs - one is dead, another two are female and all seven were useless. Nor can it be the seven times "failed to be elected" German passport holder, one time leader of UKIP and well known Quitter - in more ways than one.

So who could it be....? "He" must be out there somewhere.

Seeing you are playing nicely Frank - I could suggest two good wingmen - Ben Habib and Danial Moylan. :D

The UK is constantly being castigated by other nations for not doing this or not doing that, and even those amongst us like human rights lawyers and Care4Calais have their pennyworth. Yet illegal migrants survive in far worse conditions in France and no mention is ever made of that. The French government has a tight grip on how it spends taxpayers money, and four star accommodation and a welcome pack would never be on the agenda for fear it would be ousted out of office and a more radical party would take its place.

How about the bleeding hearts brigade that want them treated like Kings, tick a box somewhere to say they pay triple the tax of the rest of us. If they had to put their money where their mouths are, would they be so keen to help I wonder?

Actually I wasn't talking about a Tory and to bring him to PM it would take an earthquake in UK politics.

and,
Someone comes to mind but you all hate him.

So, who is this male 'someone' we all hate?

If he's not a Tory, please name him. I already ruled out Nigel, meaning it must be another hated non-Tory. C'mon, don't be shy.

Can't be St Elon or Jeff as they are not British politicians. Lineker? Nah, he's too lefty for you. Is it Bob down 'Spoons or his mate Gary?

We are all on the edge of our seats here waiting for this earthquake...

How did you rule Nigel out?

The guy calls himself the patron saint of lost causes and goes after them no matter the consequences.

But he's a racist isn't he? Everyone hates him don't they?

Mind you that being said, the Tory problem has nothing (or at least not that much), to do with the head. The entire body is rotten. The head has no chance. Even if you put Nigel at the head he couldn't do much of anything.

The biggest change here is that the party needs to start deselecting senior members who think they can run the government from the back benches. That's the biggest problem here. it needs an outsider to wield that scythe. Insiders are too involved.

How did you rule Nigel out?

Try this:
We need someone with fire in their belly who thinks not of their own rewards but those of the people they represent.

That's how. Two-faced Nigel, the quitter who ran away to the EU (Germany) and failed to get elected seven times, rules himself out.

So, you don't have anyone, do you? Not from any side of politics.

Well, neither do I, but I am not pretending there is one. it's not just a Tory problem.

We need more independent minded people like Dennis Skinner, Martin Bell, Dick Taverne, Richard Taylor et all, but they are all minor players in the party system. We also need greater diversity in occupations in parliament. Quotas? MPs love those.

We need that earthquake, but only PR can deliver it.

Ah I see. Boris the liar who's never done anything but lie. Of course with two terms as Mayor of London nobody ever accused him or lying. In fact they would have voted him in anyway.

Then there is Cameron who "ran away". Never mind that the party sat him down and gave him his marching orders.

Well if we are using that logic it's really not worth discussing it is it?

Which part of that do you not comprehend?

Boris? Oh my Lord, nobody mentioned Boris till you did.

Nurse! I need sutures - my sides are split. ;)

I was right, you don't have anyone to fit the bill. Now that's well worth discussing.

Who next, Liz? Ah no, she's not a 'him'... or is she?
