Well it seems that you can be Welsh if the country want's you to be. Usually when you use the NHS in England and they want to balance their budget by billing someone else.

Asylum seeker, just in the country, falls ill, no problem, treat for free.
EU citizen working in England as an employee for 3 months. No problem treat for free.
Welsh, Scottish or NI citizen, Bill the respective health board in their "home country"....

That is going to play Soooo well to Farage this election. The hospital could not have made a bigger mistake, that the main 3 parties did not want, before the elction.

Farage will get my vote, as a lifelong Conservative I am so disillusioned with what this country has become. Democratic Rights? being eroded by the day. Human Rights? not if your English , we are governed by idiots who tell us as much as they think is good for us.
