That is so what happens when employment description inflated "Accounts Executives" (clerks) get to operate bureaucratic systems using their own initiative.

The cross border aspect is because of devolution, but the reality is that NHS Trusts constantly bill each other for work carried out on patients from another trust's area. I suppose that it keeps office workers and managers in work.

Did anyone notice the DNA study showing that the Romans, Danes and Saxons didn't actually wipe out the English only to be stopped by the Celtic nations. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-31905764

In my post I was going to wonder what ethnicity the workers who sent the letter were?

I did spot the DNA article. What 2000 years of Romans, Danes, Saxons and Normans failed to do looks like being achieved in 200 by multiculturalism.

Extreely sad.

So this is going to go down well.

Illegal immigrant falls ill, no problem treat for free.
Asylum seeker, just in the country, falls ill, no problem, treat for free.
EU citizen working in England as an employee for 3 months. No problem treat for free.
Welsh, Scottish or NI citizen, Bill the respective health board in their "home country"....

Nice...

That is going to play Soooo well to Farage this election. The hospital could not have made a bigger mistake, that the main 3 parties did not want, before the elction.

Farage will get my vote, as a lifelong Conservative I am so disillusioned with what this country has become. Democratic Rights? being eroded by the day. Human Rights? not if your English , we are governed by idiots who tell us as much as they think is good for us. Cover up's, Lies, intrigue, corruption etc etc In Westminster and all areas of authority. I am certainly not proud of being British or indeed English we have lost our identity, and pride.
