..... don't expect that you'll still be allowed to sit in front of your telly and jeer at the Eurovision Song Contest.

The Swedes (and Shandy Shaw) are outraged and want you to sit quietly and take it all very seriously - no dissent!

Sorry Ossie, that's Germanising... Half the Swede's I know speak better English than half the English I met in the Army...

What I was thinking last night was how much say we would have in an EU which contains all the countries of the Eurovision Song contest.

Don't worry though. If we vote Remain, in 50 years, the general population will have lost the ability to jeer at their EU counterparts and our great grandchildren will all act like faceless robots...    Perhaps an over exaggeration, maybe 100 years...

Of course we will have to see changes...

Are you kidding? We have one of the highest wage structures in the EU, more available jobs as we have one of the lowest (official), unemployment rates, we don't block anyone from the EU and we automatically issue them NI numbers almost without a question. Accommodation is relatively easy (in England, Scotland is a nightmare now) and we have flexible working hours.

Contrast almost any other country in the EU and we're a paradise made in heaven for EU workers.

That's the whole problem. Our "not contributing" numbers will continue to climb over 10M and we'll keep on taking them because the EU says we have to.

Remain is a disaster on all levels. They just won't tell the truth.

I agree with Christer Björkman and Sandie Shaw.

I had an intense dislike of Wogan and his presentation "style" an that has rolled over to his equally obnoxious junior, Norton.
