Aha! Finger trouble strikes again. :o :shock:

It's amazing what damage a couple of uncontrolled stubby digits can do in the modern world.

But seriously, it should have been spotted almost in real time and there should have been a properly configured "spare" standing by and ready to step in.

I'm guessing it worked so nobody really checked until the problems started to occur with lack of bandwidth and latency errors.

The change will have been done in the off hours and hte issue will have become apparent when the people work up and started using the system...
