What is it with the Spanish speaking and bits of the British territories?

They may have voted to remain by nearly 100% but they also voted to be British by nearly 100% too the last time they were asked...

We should tell them that we might think about it if they give up Ceuta and Melilla. Afraid expats on the Costa will be back on Residencias which were such a pain.
