The only reason Blair can even get any oxygen space on this is because A50 has not been triggered. Once it is triggered there is nothing he, or anyone else in the UK, can do about it.
The EU will, absolutely, insure that once A50 is triggered the UK will be ejected. They've already suffered the initial consequences; now they get to live the "benefits" as they see it. The thorn in the side is removed, only to be seen as a serious act of self harm in later decades.
The noise, the noise. I'm pretty much ignoring it. Because, as the press seem to like to forget, Only May has the right and the responsibility to trigger A50 and nobody in the UK, not the courts, not the Lords and certainly not Parliament, can stop her should she have the determination to do it.
I expect the tone to become more strident as March approaches.
As the legal cases wind up I expect the same result in all of them. No jurisdiction. The Irish one has already returned that. The British one will have to return that too. If the idiots had understood the EU in the slightest, they would have gone straight to Strasbourg and raised a case that May did not have the democratic mandate to trigger A50 and it should not be accepted until she did. If the EU court upheld that judgement, then May could have triggered A50 all she wanted but the EU would be within their rights to reject it until she had a majority of parliament back it.
These remainers who are trying to challenge Brexit don't deserve to win because they are so stupid that they don't even understand what it is they are trying to remain in and that is really, really, bad for the UK. They don't seem to understand, wilfully or not, that the EU has sole jurisdiction over EU treaties and EU wide laws. Trying to challenge a competence, conferred by an EU treaty, in the UK courts, is nothing short of idiocy and stupidity.
Well they are politicians after all!

Those who understand Binary and those who do not.
