Rees Mogg claims that the UK would pay the EU out of it's foreign aid budget. So says the Express.

Wouldn't that be interesting. It would certainly shame the EU because they would be foreign and if they demanded so much money, of course they would need the "aid" of the UK....

Probably not true but that would certainly raise a wry smile..

Apart from the duck house thing I quite lie Rees-Mogg.

He has his own mind and he is not afraid to share his thoughts. The Foreign aid plan might be a bit TIC, but it did bring a wry smile forth.

Imagine the EU filling out the forms explaining why they urgently need the aid.........
