I've seen Chubby Brown once on a bus from London to Newcastle on a TA battle camp. To be honest I couldn't shut him up and I couldn't ignore him because they'd turned the volume up to shouting level.

I was at the point of being willing to commit violence to get rid of him by journey's end.

So I wouldn't know if his jacket was like Chubby Brown's or not. However I would categorise Mugabe's jacket as "I love me". Seems to fit Chubby Brown too so I would not be surprised if they were virtually the same..
