I don't like the look of how the Korean situation is developing.

Threatening a nuclear strike on the USA by North Korea is a dangerous ploy.

The fact that China appears to be backing them is ominous, too.

Would some of our healing vibes help?

While the imperialist lackeys and running dog warmongers of the United States continue to press for undeserved and illegal sanctions and provocations against glorious officials of the DPRK, it is paramount and unavoidable that we prepare with all speed and resolution to strike hard blows and annihilate enemies of all description.

On the other hand, we could always negotiate .... any chance of a few brand-new personalised Ford SUVs?

On a more serious note, I think China is as exasperated as the rest of the world with them now. They don't want them as a nuclear neighbour and they don't want tens of thousands of refugees should North Korea's economy finally collapse.

The situation is probably about as dangerous as it can get.

NK has a new young leader who wants to make his mark, wants to be seen to be strong, wants his people to know that he stands by them and will not be bullied.... by anybody, and that includes China. The new sanctions imposed by the UN were just the excuse he needed to show how strong he is and the UN played into his hands.

China is well aware of the likely US response. A.K.A NK turns into a nuclear playground. Fallout is no respecter of national boundaries and the Chinese don't want any thanks.

China will sit on NK and sit on them hard. If they don't succeed, there will be a change of leadership in NK. End of. Because everybody now knows that nuclear war doesn't have to be. Therefore if one jumped up idiot wants to make threats, then that jumped up idiot can be taken out. Conventionally or by nuclear means.

It's dangerous but might serve to put Iran back in it's box on Nuclear. Which would be good as they are motivated by religious ideology....

Our leaders "so called" are off their heads.. Let us look where we are to date. B'liar destroyed Iraq for oil,
Afghanistan, Libya!! madness ...all for democracy Democracy what democracy? Cut backs on our military services!!! On the cards Falklands, Syria, Iran, Korea?
I would get every politician and force them to go on the front line for twelve months..
