Two thirds of all MPs reject May's deal, and two fifths of her own party are included in them. 432 noes.

Five weeks wasted and now a no-confidence vote tomorrow.

The EU, in the form of statements from Juncker and Tusk, is now wondering what a positive solution might be, but with little time left to agree it.

There is no support for May's deal, no support for no-deal, no support for ref2, no support for the no-confidence vote, and apparently no support for any other form of Brexit. So what is there support FOR?

Where on earth do we go from here - nobody seems to know?

Well, assuming May wins the No Confidence vote and remains as Prime Minister, I'd expect her to have to swallow her pride and negotiate a delay to Article 50 and a second referendum, probably in March or April.

And as a result of that, I expect we will stay in the EU.

Other than that either a) Mrs May gets another deal from the EU, probably based around new arrangements for the Irish border or b) Mr Squeaker Bercow invents a new law overnight which says we can't leave.

I don't know how "representative" it is of the folk in this constituency, which vote Leave, but my town's public Facebook page shows a lot of people are pretty unhappy with our Remainer MP.

Oh, I'm sure. But in two months? There are about 40 working days in Parliament before the leave date. First you have to raise a statute, then you have to vote on it.
I expect the Head Weasel Mr Bercow and his chum Mr Grieve have some trick up their sleeve though.
Perhaps Mr Bercow will declare himself Queen and use Royal prerogative?

Except if we ask to extend A50. If statute is required for that, and it is debatable, then given the mood parliament is in if it would be a walk-through.

I don't know how you would go about suspending an existing law.
However as I said, I'm sure Mr Bercow will come up with something.
