Some ar5ehols(s) have vandalised the Bomber Command Memorial and other war memorials in London. They have defaced these with very hard to remove gloss paint. There is apparently CCTV coverage so hopefully these despicable toe rags are brought to book and the keys thrown away.

I am so angry about this. I am not interested in their excuses or motivations, I would hand them over to the RAF bomber squadrons for a damned good kicking before they go to jail.

Yes, me too. It is coming to something when this sort of stuff happens.

Make them scrub it off witha tooth brush. Not to stop until it is finished whateverthe weather. Only stop for a tea break every two hours.
Or drop them in the North sea from a bomb bay of one of the RAF's aircraft.
Jail would be too easy.

I can't believe how anyone would do such a thing. I hope they are named and shamed.

I'm with WM, give them to bomber command for a month. These people are free to do these things because of our armed forces. Had Hitler won they would have been tortured to death for doing the same thing.

They do not deserve the freedom that the lives of our parents and grandparents gave them!

As ex RAF this probably got to me more than most people. When the scum are caught I have had a rethink, I would put them with the RAF Regiment on exercise for a month. Living on compo rations a few 20 mile yomps on Salisbury training area with a full pack would soon sort them out before they go to jail.

I just can't understand what motivates people to do this sort of thing.

They certainly need punishment and re-educating.
