today started school here in the UK. One of the comments below the article I think has a very fair point. Malala was and probably still is a target; so just how safe will the other kids be at the school. As the person posting the comment said - the people who perpetrated this crime won't care about others being injured if they try again to kill her?

What do you think?

As an aside - I think she's made an amazing recovery and I think she's got a bright future ahead of her fighting for what she believes in.

I feared for her safety too, she should have been given a new identity, not all that publicity.

I could be mistaken but I thought that she was under guard when in hospital, maybe she still is but it is low-key.

I do know that the Pakistanis have said that she will be under armed guard for the rest of her life when she returns home.

She is brave and determined, of that there is no doubt.

She is a wonderful girl, very courageous, and I'm sure she will be a credit to this country in future if she stays here, and well worth the education she will receive here - however I think a new identity would have been a very good idea............that is a bit of a worry in my honest opinion

Amazing youngster, these are the type of immigrants we should encourage to come here, those un afraid to "speak out"
I think she is wonderful, I worry about those other children (youngsters) in the school she attended, as one could have concerns for the school and extensive publicity with respect to the school she is attending here.However Nothing goes on that radicals (and we have plenty of them in this country)
Are not aware of. Time they were removed from our society not being given a chance to air their views praising BIn Ladin
And supporting terrorists as seen on that morning debate that is controversial at 10a.m. On Sundays.

I think the other children at school should be OK. I'm not too sure about her though; we do indeed have some extremists in this country and she will be a target for them.
