The latest in phrase in politics seems to be something to do with "perfectly clear".
"Let me be perfectly clear". "We have always been perfectly clear on this". "I am going to be perfectly clear on this".

And it is always, but always, the precursor to an epic spell of word mangling, evasion, obfuscation, half truths and downright lies!

Well, there's certainly no circumlocution, ambiguousness nor confusion in your 100% perfectly clear analysis of the modern lexicon: you old cynic. :D
