.... into click bait headlines.

Speed up in your 40s or you will die early seems to be the message. Being a slow-boat means you age earlier.

So, the message is clear, once you get to 39 years and 364 days you have to step out and get moving.

Then you look further into the study. Some 900 people were checked when they were between the ages of three and five, and those with a lower IQ were the ones found to be slower in their 40s. They developed more slowly and were less adaptive than their higher IQ peers and there is sod all they can do about it.

But the media can't mention IQ in their headlines as it is not snowflake or PC enough, so they give a big hint that if you 'move along there' all will be fine.

Next thing you know there will be multi-culti adverts for everything, even using m-c cuddly toys and cartoon characters. They are trying to play us and they still think we don't know.

Idiots!

Well I can't see the headline "work out if you are lower IQ and likelier to die younger" as a real readership driver.

Suck them in and then drop the bad news seems to be the attitude.

Then again my Scottish Grandfather was described as a "wee fat busy man" always rushing from place to place, building houses and small businesses.

Until he dropped dead of a massive heart attack at 59.

Guess they haven't got it all worked out yet!
