All we need is a hung parliament and a grand coalition of all the parties waving their manifestos.

Think of it:
150,000 new council houses
200,000 'affordable' homes
20,000 more police
20,000 more teachers
50,000 more nurses
6,000 more GPs + 50 million more appointments
Free child care after nine months
40 new hospitals + more refurbished
Public ownership of energy, rail and water
£50bn to spend on anything
Women's pension payments
No NI payments for the poor
No homelessness
No carbon by 20??
No waiting lists
No pot holes

If we get them all in then ALL our problems will be solved.

Or possibly not.

Where are they going to get the skilled tradesme to build the houses and hospital.
It takes over ten years to train a Gp so it will be 2030 before there are any more.
No mention of more schools for the 20,000 more teachers.
Reduce the number of MPs and local councillors. There are 25 wards with three councillors in each ward. Reducing this to just one councillor for each ward would possibly save more than a million pounds from the local rate bill.
So that it would be fair for all commercial and industrial premises. charge a flat rate per square foot. This would mean that the charge for large out of town stores and warehouses such as Amazon would be calculate as a small retail shop--i.e a level playing field.Also no need for rateable value calculations saving more money by reducing staff

We don't have enough coalitions for people to realise this.

Just look at how it turned out in 2015. Lib Dem voters decided to punish the Lib Dems at the polls by not voting for them. Why? Because the Tories blocked the core LD promises from the election.

What did those LD voters get for their ire?

A clear Tory majority....

I have seen this, and other ideas, quite a lot recently especially with regards to the HoC and HoL It appears that recent events have tipped the scales heavily against politicians at all levels.

Some things are in the lead: Drastic reduction of both houses: PR to replace FPTP; and a max number of terms a Peer or MP can sit.

Good news though. Once Corbyn has spent 3 times annual tax receipts buying the utilities and setting up a fund to help with CO2 mitigating initiatives, we're going to be carbon neutral by 2030.

Good thing he's buying public transport, personal transport, gas central heating and a whole host of other things will need to stop to achieve that target.

Perhaps he wants to bring back the three day week. Maybe all the workers will take up day release to use their lifetime education budget when the workplaces are shut down??

Sorry, Jo, I was getting fatigued, but don't worry it's on the second page along with 1/3 reduction in rail fares, more buses, trams and rail for us poorer regions, rent caps, free insulation, free dental..... things are moving so fast it's hard to keep up.

Nobody is getting free broadband unless Corbyn wins.

Having said that Corbyn could only get into government with the support of the SNP. The SNP will, of course, go for free broadband but only of Scottish Rural areas are done first and only if the rest of the UK pays for it.

That is where we are. I guess, for people in England, it might not be so good if the SNP do better than last time in Scotland and Corbyn's numbers rise....

Fortunately, if you are watching the entire UK and not the mainly English polls, the Tories only have one of their 13 seats under threat in Scotland. Also, if you are interested in those things, the Tories have never had more than one seat in Scotland since Major's second election. I know as I was one of the switchers who booted them all out.

Those 13 MP's kept May in power.

The a Scottish situation, naturally, is driven by a different issue. One which 38% of Scots voted for and the SNP dismiss as insignificant. This attitude drove the SNP below 50% in the Scottish Parliament and the Tories into second place in both Scottish and Westminster parliaments. Mainly because the voters have nobody else to vote for if they are that way inclined.

It is all Highly relevant to this election because the numbers are shoeing that if the Tories get a majority at all, it will be almost totally constituted of seats they won in Scotland that have been in other parties hands for decades.

It is entirely ignored by English bias press.
