According to a British Labour Force sample survey looking into the impact of Bulgarian and Romanian it came up with this:
Romanian and Bulgarian migrants to the UK are likely to be low-skilled workers, employed in construction, catering, hospitality, and as carers or cleaners.

Sir Andrew Green, chairman of Migration Watch UK said:
This report is a bucket of whitewash.
In 60 pages it produces no estimate whatever of the likely future scale of Romanian and Bulgarian migration to the UK.

However, Minister for Europe David Lidington says:
The report will help to shape this government's work to build an immigration system which works in the national interest - supporting the UK economy by continuing to attract the brightest and the best global talent.

He has to be kidding. He cannot be for real. There cannot be a global pool of bright and highly talented low-skilled workers. The concept is bizarre. He needs to learn that all immigration impacts on the British jobs market in all areas, and also on the country's infrastructure. How much of an impact depends on how many will come in... and nobody is sure of that number.

If you don't know how many are coming, you can't cater for them even if you have the will to do so.
More people, more over crowding, more competition for low paid jobs, more fields going under concrete forever, less land to grow our own food.
This is lunacy.
