According to a British Labour Force sample survey looking into the impact of Bulgarian and Romanian it came up with this:

He has to be kidding. He cannot be for real. There cannot be a global pool of bright and highly talented low-skilled workers. The concept is bizarre. He needs to learn that all immigration impacts on the British jobs market in all areas, and also on the country's infrastructure. How much of an impact depends on how many will come in... and nobody is sure of that number.
Romanian and Bulgarian migrants to the UK are likely to be low-skilled workers, employed in construction, catering, hospitality, and as carers or cleaners.

In 60 pages it produces no estimate whatever of the likely future scale of Romanian and Bulgarian migration to the UK.
