It's all a rehash of yesterday's rehash of the previous rehash.
The BBC and Sky, and I suspect many other 'news' outlets, have been putting new headlines to basically the same things they have been saying for days - possibly weeks, maybe months!.
Shuffle a few sentences around, take one or two out, put a few in and alter the punctuation and there you have it - a new story. NOT!
