Said the letter writers: “As our CEO and most prominent spokesperson, Elon is seen as the face of SpaceX — every Tweet that Elon sends is a de facto public statement by the company. It is critical to make clear to our teams and to our potential talent pool that his messaging does not reflect our work, our mission, or our values.”

This evoked some thoughts. "Stupid is as Stupid does". Or my BIL who says "It's like educating Pork".

Then I thought about the MASH theme tune. Yep, that's the one. Because these employees apparently didn't realise that SpaceX is a private limited company and Musk owns over 50% of the total sock and 75% of the voting stock.

I must admit, having read Launched, I was stunned to realise that there were people who worked at SpaceX who were unaware that going tattle tale to the Chairman (or woman in this case), with a complaint about Elon, was instant working suicide.

Walks away shaking head.

The person is sueing Elon, Tesla and Spacex.

This will be like the group trying to Sue Musk and Tesla for buying Solar City and making Tesla shares worth 20 times what they were worth before Tesla bought it.

The judge, finally, threw it out and ruled there was no case to answer and no chance of appeal.

Some Americans will sue a statue of George Washington if it stands still long enough.
