On Twitter.

He will do a Twitter spaces with Elon Musk to launch his campaign.

OK so much hype so far. However Elon has 140m followers. This guarantees that, if recorded, 140m followers will see this recording in Elon's timeline. Clearly this is what he is hoping for. Mass exposure which the MSM may not be able to give him.

So far so different. OK MSM may, or may not, reach more people. However it also leads to a different thought.

If the presenter of the spaces meet asks multiple candidates the same question set, then you can open all the video's, then go through each answer set, one by one.

This means you get a clear answer without any of this "live debate" idiocy with no jumping in and calling names and shifting position based on what someone else says. Just a clear view of what they want to tell you.

It would appear, on the face of it, to redefine the way we hear and understand political candidates. BTW it doesn't need to be Elon, it could be anyone prominent enough with enough followers. That being said nobody has more followers than Elon, so, Elon is is.

Even more interestingly, candidates could choose to have spaces meets with prominent people who have followers in their own political sphere. So DeSantis might want to pick Tucker Carlson whereas Biden may want to pick someone with Democrat followers.

Watch this space. It has only just begun.

So some democracies will be based on views of the intellectually challenged nuts and dolts in their unsocial media minority based echo chambers?

Clear answers will not be given, as their answers will be tailored to the nth to suit the views of the candidate's 'perceived' audience. The dolts will only watch the "performances" of their chosen candidates and ignore everyone else.

It's about as fake as politics can get.

Twitter folded. Too many people online. It hit over 3.7m views and that was just the ones it was able to register.

I guess we'll hear what was discussed eventually.
