William Wragg, MP

Mr Wragg has seemingly fallen for a "gay honeytrap". This is apparently where you hook up on some dating app, the apparently smitten other asks you to send them some mucky photos and when you do, the next thing you know you're being blackmailed.

Mr Wragg was then pressured for the contact details of other politicians and members of the political classes - which he duly supplied.
Because of this two more MP's have allegedly sent mucky photos of themselves to an unknown third party.

Honestly - where do they find these people?
Don't they try to determine what sort of character a person has before putting them up as candidates?

Wragg was utterly stupid to be sending sordid pictures to an unknown third party, and he was very quick to throw his mates under the bus! (Or at least expose them to the danger of being similarly enticed and blackmailed).

A few years ago we had Jamie Sallis MP fleeing the scene of a car accident whilst dressed in women's clothing. He is now allegedly transgender - and still an MP. After you've finished laughing at the thought of one of our MP's tottering off down the road in his high heels you have to start wondering how he ever got elected.

What's going on? There are only 650 MP's in the House of Commons but a good proportion of them seem to be either deviants, incredibly stupid or people of low moral character.
There certainly seems to be a higher proportion of wrong 'uns in Parliament than there are in the general population.

And that is why we get so many low quality and agenda driven laws aimed at minorities; dubious or otherwise. Sod what the majority of us want.

When it comes to Wragg I see the wagons are circling with praise for his "courageous" admission and apology.

BALLCOCKS!

His actions put the security of his (outed) colleagues at risk and, by extension, some aspects of the country's security.

The whip should be withdrawn and the Conservatives should sack him and force a by-election.

Agree totally. Idiots like this do not belong in politics. Long gone are the days that a constant heartbeat was the single requisite for representation.

He will only be leading many others by a few months.
