MPs' Pay & Pensions

The Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority have issued a long document on the above.
Item 17 is headed" Our proposition"
We now turn to our own approach. It begins with one simple but fundamental proposition. The role of the MP is at the heart of our representative democracy. It is in all our interests that it is performed effectively. In recent years great damage has been doneto the public's trust in MPs' and the perception of MPs' contibution to our society."
This is only one part of this section and there is a lot more of this waffle.
Just another example of a waste of time and money.
One easy solution is make them clock in and pay them 10% above the minimum wage for each hour they attend. This to be verified by at least ten of their own constituents.
And expenses to be ridgily checked and approved by small indepentent accountants before being paid.
