Panorama

What an eye opener Panorama was tonight. Brent Council is run by those of foreign descent., I think I saw around three who looked and could be English.
It was also interesting to see the foreigner who had "seven children under nine" aggressively shouting the odds about his cut in benefits and the fact that they had to move into cheaper accommodation following his refusal to live in Birmingham ." He was eventually returned to a rented house in Brent."
I agree this latest government idea is having a disastrous affect on many families, as said all those immigrants and foreigners were eventually returned to Brent where they demanded to be housed including a woman with two children given a great looking council flat.
All happy but one, guess who she was. Yes she is the young English mother with two small children forced to leave the property she rented, to live in one tiny room in a hostel since last September.
"One rule for one, another rule for the other"

I had to keep flipping over from this when I got too mad.
Those featured seemed to have a massive sense of entitlement and all but one seemed of foreign descent. The man who had seven kids angered me. Women who were working at Mrs C's old school couldn't afford to have that many children, yet we are paying for people who have never paid in one penny to the system to support their innumerable brood.
Also the woman who was turning her nose up at a three bedroomed house in Luton put the old blood pressure up.
We've really let some beauties in, haven't we?

All that said, the rents in London are just eye watering. £500 a week and more? Some private landlords are making shedloads of money out of housing benefit.

I hate these programmes, I really do.

They always manage to find the least deserving of our sympathy and make out that they are the norm. And why use London as an example of what is going on in "the rest of the country"?

London is a special case and is not, in any way, representative of what the country is going through.

This is something that defies a logical explanation.

It is like a barrel of high explosives.

It is not safe to say what you really think.

I'm glad I'm in my ninetieth year and not my nineteenth.

As we see in far too many cases where foreigners workers are living in garden sheds, a great majority of these lets are owned by foreigners.
I say far too often "I am not a racist I am a realist" sick of seeing far too many of our own treated as not second, but third rate citizens.
I truly felt sorry for the quietly spoken "English girl" who did voluntary work in a nursery, she was quiet when interviewed, her grief for her situation was obvious, she was treated with disdain "take the room in a hostel or be without a roof over your and your children's heads"
It would be interesting to learn how many immigrants and their families are living in council and other accommodations in this country on benefits paid for by the tax payer. We have had disgraceful cases of our own country people taking advantage of the system, and genuine disabled sick people losing their benefits, and we have the contrast of foreigners who have discovered that if they scream enough they will get "what they want"

I saw one Saundra who could have been English, the rest were a mishmash of foreigners who have luckily landed a position of power where they can decide "Who Will, and Who will NOT receive a sympathetic ear".. The indigenous certainly are the last from what we saw on Panorama who will get that sympathetic hearing.
We have schools being taken over by radicals, will anything be done about this.
Of course not!!!. Sharia law...it is theses peoples right we are told.
When I saw those wishing to adopt this country as their own singing the national Anthem that was enough.
As Aggers wrote he is glad he is the age he is and not a teenager, I feel likewise under pressure we have given away our country.

Well there is a program on Channel 5 tonight at 9 pm called "Gypsies on benefits and proud" or some such.

About Slovakian gypsies who have come to enrich the city of Sheffield and claim benefits.
