Money lending firm scam

They sent letters to defaulters ostensibly from debt collection firms that didn't exist - including adding on so-called administration charges from these non-existent companies.

This is blatant fraud, surely. So why are they not being prosecuted to the full extent of the law?

I have an e-mail from Wonga telling me that I was not involved, but offering profuse apologies for any inconvenience or stress the 'situation' might have caused.

Sod that, they acted fraudulently and should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If that means jail for their board and the removal of their licence to operate, so be it.

This was definitely fraudulent, and Wonga should be prosecuted :(

I think they should be banned TBH, along with all the other pay-day 'loan sharks' :x
