Is this another reason the inquiry into historic child abuse claims has stalled? In times past here have often been whispers about members of the Royal Family, but the of actions and indiscretions of the Princes Charles and Edward are said to be more than rumour. And Princess Anne is known to be no Saint when it comes to her flirtations with the men of the household.
Could it be that some of the lines of the inquiry might get too close for comfort with their RHs? If some of the more juicy stories about Charles are true his reign could be over before it has begun. They could even bring the House down.
The delay in finding a chairman for the inquiry has gone beyond farce and it is beginning to look as though the Establishment wants it kicked into the long grass. If these delays continue I would not put it past John Mann, MP, from following Geoffrey Dickens' example and using Parliamentary privilege to read out his list of names in the HoC. He will probably get good backing from two other MPs, Simon Danczuk and Tom Watson. It is about time something happened.
