After months of requests from Sky News the Government has revealed that papers exist that relate to Margaret Thatcher's former parliamentary secretary the late Sir Peter Morrison, former Home Secretary Leon Brittan, former diplomat the late Sir Peter Hayman and former minister the late Sir William van Straubenzee.

The Cabinet Office has also been ordered to hand over files that were once "unavailable" to the Child Abuse Inquiry led by Justice Lowell Goddard.

I bet there are a few twitchy bums on the seats of the 'old boys' clubs' armchairs now that evidence is being uncovered and is being forced to be released.

If that was good enough treatment for Savile it should also apply to politicians and Civil Servants. If they are the hereditary types they should lose that status.

How that was not followed up by the media is a mystery to me. Harman, Hewitt and Dromey were all involved, but somehow got away with it. The lack of action by the police, even this far down the line, sickens me.

But the lack of pressure from other political parties doesn't surprise me. Evidence is that they all had members involved. Cover up: you bet.

I am glad you confirmed Hewitt Frank I have been trying to remember her name, "help the aged" she now has a top job advisor in some Telephone organisation ..She has apologised for her part! I wonder whether this exposure is why she resigned her seat... Harman has just kept her mouth shut.
and as for the Commy Dromey he keeps well hidden from the headlines.. We learn that their son is entering politics., "what a bunch" what a family who obviously support the rape of children many from children's homes and elsewhere .i had too many years in care as a child and know they are all vulnerable easily influenced.
