India promises $10bn aid fund to Africa....

I stopped supporting Water Aid because they are also supporting India. I know they need water and I know they need the help. But they have a space program, a Mars program and are now lending billions to Africa.

They don't _need_ any help from us.....

Quite right, Molly, and it should save something like £280m. That is more than six times the NHS is to spend on new Care in the Community schemes for those with learning disabilities.

It shows how much we could do in our own country and for our own vulnerable people if the will and money was there.
