I went without bread until I'd tested yeast and was ok
When I was experimenting I had to buy separate potato flour, rice flour, soya flour, all kinds of things, no-one made a gluten-free flour ready-made. Now it's much easier!
The gluten-free flour to look for is Doves Farm, Waitrose stock it, then you can make things like this:

Several recipes I did use were from Indian cookbooks, now of course the web is a better source. I used to make these sort of flatbreads, using gram flour (often called besan flour in Indian recipes), which is made from chickpeas.
Poppadoms too, are made from lentil flour so brilliant for snacking and make a nice change
Gravy I'm a bit stumped on for anything ready-made, sorry.
And unless you're cooking an actual joint of meat then you won't have juices...bovril? Worcester sauce, a bit of tomato puree, seasoning, water?
