Pinched this tip from Gareth at Afon Rhaiadr and made it for Mick during the week. Mix a spoonful of good honey into some balsamic, a smidge of pureed garlic. I chucked some rosemary in as well. Pour this over the salmon, in a foil parcel, and bake. Nice with baby new potatoes, and I did spinach with it.
