It's the glut season here and I have been given nearly 10 kilos
And my neighbour wanted to know if I wanted any too
I've already blanched, peeled and frozen about 5 kilos - that was the other week and as Antonia is till in Vienna, it's her tomatoes I'm getting. Dimas can't do it - he's a bloke, an Alentejana bloke, he doesn't do cooking
So, any other ideas please?
I'll still blanch and freeze some, I can use Antonia's freezer, as mine is getting rather full.
