We had a little joint of boneless lamb shoulder last night, I intend making moussaka with what's left. There's not much so it will be a flavouring rather than a main ingredient, it may even get to be a fast day dinner :)

Don't know how I forgot about moussaka when I replied, it's one of my very favourite meals, although I'd usually make it with raw minced lamb there's no reason at all not to use cooked :)

Would this work with chicken Loz as I don't eat lamb?

We made a korma with it in the end. I really wasn't looking forward to it but in fact it was lovely!
