They were really, really yummy - a few cals less I think for turkey breast than chicken but not many (I'd thrown the wrapper as it was a 500g pack I'd split in two and frozen).
We did half the recipe and it made really big ones - easiest if you put the portions between clingfilm and even it out. You want them quite big and flattish,
You'd never guess it was a fast day, except we didn't have chips

Actually you could have a few wedges done in the oven, but we had buns instead
